Monitoring and Usage

All activities performed on the cloud PC may be monitored by AWS. Users are responsible for any content they access, browse, or store on the cloud machines provided by Pyaxis Cloud Lab.

Unethical Usage

If any unethical, illegal, or prohibited activity is detected, the user will be held responsible. Pyaxis Cloud Lab reserves the right to deactivate or remove such accounts without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using cloud resources for hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack
• Distributing malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
• Accessing, storing, or sharing illegal content
• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization
• Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws

Payments and Tokens

All tokens or credits purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances. Token pricing is subject to change, and users will be notified of any pricing adjustments in advance.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and all activities conducted under them. This includes:

• Keeping login credentials confidential
• Not sharing account access with unauthorized individuals
• Reporting any unauthorized access immediately

Service Availability

Pyaxis Cloud Lab strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and outages may occur. Users will be notified in advance whenever possible.

Computer Lab Mode

For institutions using the Computer Lab Mode:

• Lab Admins are responsible for managing token allocation and teacher/student access
• Teachers must monitor student activity during active lab sessions
• Servers auto-terminate after the configured duration to prevent excess token consumption
• Lab Admins are responsible for all activities on servers launched under their account
